This is what makes it so perplexing since I have the same "Options" settings on all 3 versions of Studio One with the same files/folders directories on each version. I installed it in parallel so I have Studio One 3, Studio One 4, and Studio One 5 all working on this computer. For some reason version 5 isnt pointing itself to where your NI vst's are obviouslyĭid you install version 5 in parallel to vs 4 or install overtop? If parallel at least you will be able to do your music stuff until you figure whats going on in version 5

I know Native Instruments installs plug ins in a diff directory than other VST's.but i bet you know that. but I hope you update this thread because, selfishly speaking, I m using a lot of Komplete Kontrol instruments in studio one 4 and havent yet upgraded to S1/5. Is anyone else having these issues? Any proposed solutions?Įdmisik wroteI'm afraid I m not going to be much help. I should add that other VSTs from other companies are loading just fine (like Elektron Heat and Vacuumsound ADT) and instruments from other companies (Elektron Analog Rytm and Spectrasonics Keyscape).

So, there appears to be some bug or compatibility issue preventing them from working. Well, in Studio One 5 neither the Effects nor the Instruments from Native Instruments are showing up at all (even though, again, the Locations are set *identically* from Studio One 3). Komplete Kontrol, Massive, etc.) showed up just fine in Studio One 4. The Native Instruments "Instruments" (i.e. Oddly, Studio One 4 would not show my Native Instruments VSTs (all VST 2 I believe) even though the "VST Plug-Ins" locations inside the "Options" menu was pointing at *exactly* the same files/folders as Studio One 3 was pointing at (literally identically the same). I've been using Studio One 3 for 3 years but switched to Studio One 4 last week and, of course, just upgraded to Studio One 5 today.
